Coaching for High-Achieving Black Women | Deeply Seen
You already know something needs to change.
The question is what you're actually going to do about it.
Coaching for high-achieving Black women who are ready to stop waiting for things to feel different.

What I bring to this work is uncommon:
I'm also a licensed psychologist, which means I know exactly where coaching ends and therapy begins.
If what you're carrying needs clinical support, I'll say so and point you to the right door.
What I bring to the coaching itself is practical, move-you-forward tools — using what you already know about yourself to build something different.

Where Would You Like to Start?
The Clarity Session
75 minutes to get clear on the one decision you've been avoiding.
In one focused session, we cut through the noise — the fear, the people pleasing, the "but what will they think" — and get to what you
actually want.
- 75-minute virtual session, one-time
- Investment: $250
The
Reclamation
90 days to stop performing strength and start living as yourself.
For the woman who knows this isn't just about one decision. It's about who she's been performing for, what she's been trading away, and what she actually wants her life to look like.
- 6 bi-weekly 60-minute sessions + Voxer access
- Investment: $3,000 founding rate (first 4–6 clients) | $3,800 standard
Individual Therapy
For when what you're carrying is asking for more than coaching can hold.
If what you're noticing isn't just stuck, but struggling — that's a different kind of work, and it deserves a clinical relationship built for it.
I provide individual therapy for adult women in California.
- 50-minute individual sessions, ongoing
- Investment: $250 per session
Still deciding?
If you're sitting with one specific decision— a career move, a relationship, a boundary you keep avoiding — The Clarity Session is where to begin.
If you know the pattern runs deeper than that, The Reclamation is built for it.
If what you're carrying feels like more than either of those — heavier, harder to name — that's worth a conversation about therapy instead.
Not sure which of the three is right? That's normal. A free 20-minute conversation will help you figure it out.
