  • Do you accept insurance?

    I am an out-of-network provider. While I don’t bill insurance directly, I can provide a superbill you may submit to your provider for possible reimbursement. Keep in mind that using insurance requires a formal diagnosis and may limit the length or scope of therapy.

  • What if I need to cancel or reschedule a session?

    Please notify me at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.

  • Is virtual therapy effective?
