Life coaching for women in Los Angeles
Life coaching is for women who are ready to shift from surviving to fully living. If you’re feeling stuck in cycles of burnout, questioning your next step, or craving more alignment between your outer success and inner fulfillment, this work is for you. It’s a space to reconnect with your values, rediscover your voice, and move forward with clarity. If you're curious about this approach, you can learn more about life coaching in LA and how it can support your next chapter.
What is life coaching?
Life coaching is a collaborative and forward-focused process that helps you clarify your values, identify personal and professional goals, and move toward a life that feels meaningful, balanced, and aligned. Unlike therapy, which often focuses on healing from past experiences, life coaching is about building momentum toward the future. It's a supportive space to examine patterns, reconnect with your purpose, and make intentional changes that reflect who you are becoming. If you are a high-achieving woman who has checked all the boxes but still feels unfulfilled, coaching can help you shift from performing to living with authenticity.
Most common signs you may benefit from life coaching
- Feeling stuck or uncertain about your next steps
- A disconnect between your outer success and inner satisfaction
- Constant pressure to achieve without a clear sense of purpose
- Difficulty setting boundaries or saying no
- Desire to make a change but unsure how to start
Life coaching is not about "fixing" you. It’s about helping you uncover the wisdom and direction already within you.
How do I know if life coaching is right for me?
If you’re navigating a transition, considering a career shift, or simply craving a life that feels more aligned with your values, life coaching may be a good fit. Many women I work with are high achievers who feel burned out by constantly striving. Coaching is for you if you want to reconnect with your sense of purpose, redefine success on your own terms, and build a life that supports your well-being.

Ready to get started?
01
Clarify what’s no longer working
We’ll explore what’s bringing you in, the weight you’ve been carrying, and what you’re hoping will feel different. We start by exploring the patterns, roles, and beliefs that have been keeping you stuck in over-functioning, burnout, and emotional disconnection, especially those shaped by faith, culture, and performance.
02
Reclaim your voice and emotional truth
Together, we’ll begin to untangle the internalized narratives that say you have to be strong, silent, or selfless to be worthy. This is where you’ll practice honoring your needs, setting sacred boundaries, and telling yourself the truth, without shame.
03
Redefine your life from the inside out
As healing unfolds, we’ll build a more honest, faith-affirming relationship with yourself and your emotional world. You’ll walk away with tools to support your growth, rhythms that restore you, and a renewed sense of spiritual and emotional alignment.

Many of my clients are leaders, entrepreneurs, creatives, and caregivers who are used to doing it all. They’ve accomplished a lot but often feel disconnected from their joy or unsure of what’s next. If you’re tired of chasing external markers of success and are ready to build a life rooted in wholeness, this space is for you. In coaching, you don’t have to perform. You get to be real, reflect, and redefine what matters most.
Tips and resources for high-achieving women
- Book recommendation: The Gifts of Imperfection by Brené Brown
- Practice: Start a weekly "alignment check-in" journal to reflect on what felt energizing vs. draining.
- Reminder: Just because you can do it all doesn’t mean you have to. Wholeness > hustle.

FAQ
Is life coaching the same as therapy?
No. While therapy often addresses emotional pain, trauma, or mental health conditions, life coaching is more focused on your present and future. It’s about helping you clarify your vision, remove internal blocks, and take aligned steps toward the life you want to build. Coaching is about movement, momentum, and conscious change.
Can I work with you if I’m outside Los Angeles?
Yes, absolutely. All life coaching sessions are offered virtually, which means you can work with me no matter where you live. Whether you’re in another city, state, or even country, you’ll receive the same depth, presence, and support in our online sessions.
Do I need to have a specific goal before starting coaching?
Not at all. Many clients start coaching with a sense that something feels “off” or misaligned, but they aren’t sure what needs to shift. Part of our early work is uncovering what matters most to you and clarifying the direction that feels most true. You don’t need to have it all figured out, that's what coaching is for.
How long do people typically work with a coach?
It varies. Some clients work with me for 3–6 months during a transition or season of change. Others continue longer to deepen their growth, stay accountable, or create long-term change. We’ll find a pace and structure that supports your unique goals and rhythms.
Can we integrate faith or spirituality into coaching?
Definitely. If your spiritual beliefs are important to you, they can be an integral part of our work together. Coaching can hold space for both your personal growth and your faith, without forcing you to compartmentalize. We’ll honor all the layers of who you are—mind, body, and spirit.
