Therapy for Women in View Park–Windsor Hills

I’m Dr. Jacquelyn Johnson, licensed psychologist and founder of Deeply Seen Psychological Services. I help high-achieving women step out of survival mode and into emotional and spiritual alignment through therapy that is both evidence-based and faith-centered.

How it works

Book an intro call

We begin with a simple conversation where you share what life has felt like and what you hope might change. It’s a chance to set aside expectations and get a feel for how therapy can provide clarity, direction, and relief.

Personalized, one-on-one sessions

Every session is adapted to what you’re facing in the moment. Instead of focusing on performance, you’ll practice honesty, explore your limits, and learn to see your needs as sacred, not selfish.

Evidence-based therapeutic techniques

My approach blends science-based methods with tools that help calm both mind and body. By addressing the patterns behind burnout and perfectionism, we can create strategies that bring more steadiness into your daily life.

FAQ about my counseling services

  • How does virtual therapy work?

Sessions take place online through a private and secure platform. Many clients appreciate the flexibility. Whether they’re between meetings, at home, or in a quiet corner, they can access care without adding a commute to their day.

  • Do you accept insurance?

I don’t bill insurance directly. Instead, I provide detailed receipts that some clients submit for possible reimbursement. Many women choose private pay because it allows us to focus on their needs, not the requirements of an insurance company.

  • What if I need to cancel or reschedule a session?

If you need to adjust your appointment, just let me know at least 24 hours in advance. That way, your spot can be opened to someone else, and you won’t be charged for a late cancellation.

  • Is virtual therapy effective?

Yes. Virtual therapy has been shown to be just as effective as in-person care. For many, being in their own environment makes it easier to relax and engage in the process.

  • How do I know if this is the right fit?

The right therapeutic fit is about more than credentials. It’s about connection. If you feel supported, understood, and safe to share your truth, then therapy is likely working for you. My role is to offer that grounding space where you can be both strong and honest.
